ZAYN‘s latest track might be hinting at some of the fractured relationships he has with his ex-One Direction bandmates.

The 25-year-old released a new track in “Good Years” on Thursday and plenty of Directioners believe that the lyrics are all about the shattered bond with former group mates Harry StylesLiam PayneLouis Tomlinson, and Niall Horan. He opens up the piano style confessional with lyrics alluding to him being at a somber place, “I’d rather be anywhere / Anywhere but here,” he sings during the chorus. “I didn’t waste all my good years.”

More lyrics throughout the track suggests that the five some had more than a few issues behind the scenes and hint towards ZAYN’s overall unhappiness while he as part of the group.

DRAMA indeed. Listen to “Good Years” below and weigh in.
