Another Hollywood star joins the cast of Empire.
The second season of Empire is underway and more guest star announcements continue. During a conversation with Lee Daniels for the October issue of Interview magazine, Daniels let it slip that Nicole Kidman will soon be playing alongside Taraji P Henson and Terrence Howard.
“I want you on my set,” Daniels told Kidman, currently on stage with West End play ‘Photograph 51’.
“You promised me I would be there one day,” said Kidman. The director responded, “I can’t wait.”
Daniels made mention that he was exactly thrilled the 48-year-old Academy Award winner was “having the time of her life” in London with her husband Keith Urban, because she was overdue for an Empire cameo.
The current season of FOX’s hit Hip-Hop soap opera is already scheduled to feature supporting roles from the likes of Mariah Carey, Tyrese and Vivica A. Fox to name a few.
We’re sure Nicole Kidman will get in where she fits in.
