If comic book geeks have Comic-Con, what do sneakerheads have? The answer is Sneaker Pimps.
It’s the world’s largest sneaker show, showcasing more than 1,500 rare, vintage, and customized sneakers, along with artwork, fashion, and photography inspired by sneakers.
Past shows have included art from Futura, Dave White, Stash, Mister Cartoon and Shepard Fairey, along with live skate demos from international pro teams such as Ice Cream, Nike SB, Zoo York and more.
While past live music performances have included Nas, A$AP Rocky, DJ Premier, Kendrick Lamar, Raekwon, J. Cole, Lupe Fiasco, Ghostface Killah, Bun B, Redman, Mos Def, Public Enemy, Black Sheep, Slick Rick and more!
As part of their US Tour, Sneaker Pimps is making a stop to Clutch City in partnership in SCOPE.
This year the show will include vendors from Bosslife Worldwide, Slabgod Pop Up Shop, 5th & Canal Co., Apparel Houston, Chef Marcee, Jorgey Films, Greedless Apparel just to name a few and it will be hosted by Brad Gilmore. For live performances and DJs, you can expect to see:
