Sunday Funday was done in style at 8th Wonder Brewery for the Beer and Chips Art Festival (Nov. 7). Attendees were able to enjoy amazing art, non-stop music, and poured it up all afternoon. The festival featured work from more than 50 local artists and local vendors. Artwork ranged from oil and acrylic paintings, metal work, to hand-crafted jewelry.
In conjunction with the festival, Houston artist Corey Scott hosted the Inner Beauty Art Show with local artists benefiting Artbridge Houston, which is a non-profit devoted to providing homeless youth in the city with an outlet for self-expression.
Artwork from Artbridge Houston youth could be found on display as soon as you walked into the brewery. Their artwork was sold in a silent auction with all of the proceeds going to the foundation.
Some artists participating in the festival also donated part of their profits to Artbridge.
