One of TV’s most trusted hosts steps down from E! News.

Hip hop and music fans have grown up Terrence J since his days at 106 & Park. He’s been in front of the camera to give Millennials everything ranging from delivering the devastating news about Michael Jackson‘s death to giving speeches at the White House.

After three years at E!, Terrence J(enkins) announced that he would be leaving the show to focus on acting and producing.

“I started hosting when I was 16 years old back in North Carolina, and I’ve been now on national television for over 10 years,”Jenkins said.“Seventeen years, that’s a long time, and I think in order for someone to grow it’s important that you try new things and you create new challenges, create new dreams for yourself.”

His latest venture is geing the producer and starring in a film called The Perfect Match that will be coming in 2016.
