The year is 1993, and the hip-hop charts are full of legendary emcee’s, Dre, Snoop, Pac, Cube, Big Daddy Kane, Naughty By Nature, and many more, but it was the artist Snow, who held the peak position on the charts in 1993…Yes, we said it.
