TMZ has reported that Chris Brown may be able to say goodbye to his recent assault case, where he allegedly pulled out a gun on Baylee Curran at his home in L.A. back in August. According to the site, insiders said that the District Attorney doesn’t feel that the evidence law enforcement sources have gathered thus far is sufficient. The case was supposed to go to prosecutors two weeks ago, however, authorities were given a two-week extension due to lack of evidence. Law enforcement sources have been basing their evidence on Curran’s allegations, but they have not been able to pin anything on Brown. As a result, insiders are saying that the case is on the verge of being closed.
It is possible that Breezy’s legal woes can continue if his case is forwarded to the L.A. City Attorney for misdemeanor prosecution, however, the case might not be strong enough.
