Don’t call is a comeback, Paul Wall never left.

The Houston born and bred emcee releases his new album Houston Oiler today (Oct 21st).

The 16-track project includes features Slim Thug, Z-Ro, as well as Chamillionaire to name a few. Paul Wall explains the feeling of the album as taking him back to the classic days of Earl Campbell, Warren Moon and the beloved Houston Oilers. The album even includes an ode to legendary Houston producer Mike Dean.

For me, Houston Oiler represents the era of time in my city where I fell in love with hip-hop,” Paul Wall explained “I wanted to bring that nostalgia back to my city.”

Paul’s visuals for one of his tracks on the album called “Han Solo on 4s” shows off the city and part of the Houston’s slab culture.
