After shocking the hip hop world with the announcement of a new album from Q-Tip, we now know some info on the project.

The album will be released next Friday (Nov. 11) and as the date approaches, more details of the album have come out, Q-Tip and Jarobi White speaking to the New York Times about what fans can expect from the record, which is titled We Got It From Here, Thank You for Your Service.

According to the piece, all four Tribe members are features, as will be Andre 3000, Kendrick Lamar, Elton John, Jack White and Busta Rhymes.

The process of making the album is also discussed, and it’s revealed that Phife was flying from Oakland to New Jersey to record the album with the other Tribe members. “Doing this album killed him,” says Jarobi. “And he was very happy to go out like that.”

Back in April, Chris Rock posted a photo to Instagram of himself, Andre 3000, Jack White, Jarobi and more, saying they were working on Andre’s album, but it’s clear now based on the album features what was really going down.
