A rare victory for 4-year-old female beagle, Miss P, at the 139th Westminster Dog Show.
Miss P took home the crown for Best in Show, something beagles rarely win.
Among her competitors included a Skye terrier, a standard poodle, an English springer spaniel and a shih tzu.
According to judges, the Canada native did everything right and was very impressive.
Now that competition season is over, “Miss P will have plenty of time to relax — now that she’s won the big one, they will be retiring her from competition,” The Crandelmires said according to the Washington Post.
