via HelloBeautiful.Com President Obama announced a new initiative in the pursuit of a cure for HIV at the National Institutes of Health on World AIDS Day on Sunday. The administration will be redirecting $100 million into this research project to eliminate HIV or at least put it in remission without lifelong therapy. READ MORE
